Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $100 are subject to a shipping fee of $5.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5-15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@kneegenie.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and product and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is included with all orders. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. KneeGenie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to update the address before the order ships.
