How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@kneegenie.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition. We understand you need to wear the product to test it — light use is expected and will not affect your eligibility for a refund. However, products that are excessively damaged, stained, or altered beyond normal wear may not qualify.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order in the correct size. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we will do our best to help you get the right fit as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@kneegenie.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company first as processing times vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@kneegenie.com and we will look into it.
Bundles and Multi-Pack Returns
If you purchased a bundle or multi-pack, you may return the entire bundle for a full refund. Partial returns of individual items from a bundle will be refunded at the individual item price, not the discounted bundle price.
